Werner & Mertz designated Top Employer again in 2024
Werner & Mertz has been named one of the most attractive employers in Mainz in 2024. This distinction, given to us by the renowned business magazine Capital, was based on the results of a survey of 9,000 employees conducted in conjunction with the statistics portal Statista.
According to Capital, employees considered criteria beyond salary, career opportunities, corporate growth and revenue. Other questions that are becoming more important include: Does the employer get involved in its region? Does it assume social responsibility? Is the employer recommended locally as an attractive employer?
The result from the survey is a list of the best, containing 200 distinctions for outstanding employers in 20 cities in the north, south, east and west of Germany. Werner & Mertz again secured a top place among top employers in southern Germany.

We attribute our success as an attractive employer to the strong trust our employees and our consumers have in us. Multiple awards
The distinction from Capital ist just one of several current honors. Two other examples are the German Sustainability Award and the Circularity Champion Award 2024 in the category Innovative Solutions as a Circulr Solution Leader.
